In the Community

Trinity United Church is visible in the community through their outreach and community support efforts. Trinity partners with the Creston Refugee Committee and the Neighbors Refugee Sponsorship Group, in their efforts to bring refugees here from locations such as Syria, Burma, Iran and other troubled areas. Trinity United takes donations to support both refugee groups relocate these families here.

Trinity United Church also supports the community with annual outreach donations to various community organizations:

  • Ministerial Christmas Hamper Campaign

Donations toward all of these initiatives are accepted at the church by cheque, cash or e-transfer. If you are writing a cheque, please address it to Trinity United Church, and if e-transferring, please include your contact information and be sure to indicate to which charity you want your money to go. You will receive an official tax receipt at the end of the year. Thank you!

We hold an annual “recognition ceremony” and photo shoot of the local recipients, which goes into the Creston Valley Advance newspaper.

The church office is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday  9:30am – 12:30pm.
